Your client area uses your Vem-Portal account: one account for every Vem product.
- Go to the client area and click Sign in with Vem-Portal.
- Sign in with the email address of your client account.
- First time? Use the email we sent you to set your Vem-Portal password. No email? On the Vem-Portal page, click Forgot Password? and enter your client-area email.
- New customer? Sign in with Vem-Portal (or create a Vem-Portal account), then add your billing details.
- Change your password and turn on two-step sign-in in Hello, Name > Vem-Portal account.
Signed in with the wrong account? On the error page, choose Use another Vem-Portal account.
