On Email Hosting plans your website can stay with another provider. Only your mail comes to us.
Keep your current nameservers and add this at your DNS provider:

Remove any old MX records. If your domain already has an SPF (TXT) record, merge them into one instead of adding a second.
For best delivery, also add the DKIM record shown in cPanel under Email > Email Deliverability.
Use server01.vemhost.net as the server name in your email app.
