Each account has a fair share of CPU, memory and processes so one site cannot slow down others. This message means your site used its full share for a moment.
Check your usage
In cPanel, open Metrics > Resource Usage. It shows which limit was reached and when.
Common causes and fixes
- Too many plugins or a badly written plugin: disable the ones you do not need.
- No caching: install a caching plugin.
- Bots or attacks: block bad bots; keep WordPress and plugins updated.
- Heavy scheduled tasks: run cron jobs less often.
- Real growth: move to Cloud Hosting, which has more guaranteed CPU and memory.
