File Manager (no software needed)

Log in to cPanel and open Files > File Manager.
Open the public_html folder. This is your main website.
Click Upload. For many files, upload a .zip and use Extract.

Your home page must be called index.html or index.php.

FTP (FileZilla or similar)

Host	`server01.vemhost.net`
Port	21
Encryption	Explicit FTP over TLS
Username / password	Your cPanel login
