Cancel
- In the client area, open the service.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose Immediate or End of billing period.
Download a copy of your files, databases and email first. After the account closes you have 2 days to ask for a copy of your data.
Refunds
- New hosting can be cancelled within 2 days of first payment for a full refund.
- After that, fees are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are never refundable.
